Bassets have been a part of our lives for nearly 30 years, initially as pets, and for the past 20 years also breeding, showing and judging. We have bred and shown 13 UK Champions, 1 German and 3 Irish Champions. We feel particularly proud to have owned and shown two tri coloured hounds that together have won 52 Challenge Certificates. Both these hounds are fathered by our own Ch. Dereheath Keaton . Ch. B. Imperial Mint of Dereheath is currently Top Basset in the UK and has 28CCs to his credit.
